Web analytics

(The following wording is that used by www.datenschutzbeauftragter-info.de.)

If you have given your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (‘Google’). Use includes the operation mode ‘Universal Analytics’. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID, thus analysing the activities of a user across devices. This Privacy Notice is provided by www.intersoft-consulting.de.

Google Analytics uses so-called ‘cookies’. These are text files stored on a user’s computer that enable the analysis of use of the website by the user. The information generated by cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event of activation of IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. We call your attention to the fact that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by an IP anonymisation to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). The IP address provided by Google Analytics as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. More information about their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy is available at: https://www.google.com/analytics/terms/gb.html or at https://policies.google.com/?hl=en.

Social media buttons for Facebook and Twitter
